Lunar Rose Adventuring Academy (commonly referred to as Lunar Rose or Lunar Rose Academy) is an adventuring academy in Hydaelyn that trains aspiring adventurers and provides them with a structured path from raw recruits to field-capable operatives. Its training regimen is rigorous; its dropout rate is not trivial.
Zekito enrolled in 1581, directed there by mage Gerel Kha following the diagnosis of his soul dissonance. Nimvaei was already present. What began as a student placement became, for both of them, the beginning of everything that followed.

The informal name given to Nimvaei’s party — The Rose and Her Thorns — was coined by Amelia Graves as a barb during the Fury’s Gaze arc. The Rose referring to Nimvaei; the Thorns to those around her. The party’s actual institutional affiliation is Lunar Rose Adventuring Academy.
